Refund Policy

WhyNote — pay.whynote.ai

Scope

This refund policy applies to web-based subscriptions purchased through Paddle.com on pay.whynote.ai.

Subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store are governed by Apple's refund policy and must be requested directly through Apple. We are unable to issue refunds for App Store purchases.

Refund window

Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can ask for a refund within this window. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

How to request a refund

If you paid through Paddle on pay.whynote.ai, email us at support@42apps.io with your order details and the reason for the request. We'll process eligible refunds back to the original payment method within a few business days.
